Abstract: 【Abstract】 Gene epigenetic modification can turn on and off the program of gene expression without changing the DNA sequence, and the underlying mechanisms mainly include DNA methylation, histone modification and miRNA regulation. A series of studies have shown that epigenetic regulation is involved in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis. This review briefly summarizes the role of gene epigenetic modification in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.
