Abstract: 【Abstract】 The skin is the largest organ of the human body, and is an important barrier. There is dysfunction of skin barrier in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), and the composition of cytokines in patients with AD is different from healthy persons. Many cytokines found in the skin of AD patients can affect the differentiation and cornification of keratinocytes. This review summarizes the latest advances in AD-related cytokines and their effect on skin barrier function. These results are helpful to understand the pathogenesis of AD, and may provide new directions for the treatment of AD.
