Abstract: 【Abstract】 Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) is increasingly being used in various aspects such as diagnosis, classification, and treatment of non-melanocytic skin tumors. However, there is currently a lack of guidelines and consensus on the application of RCM in the field of non-melanocytic skin tumors in both China and other countries. This consensus is written by some Chinese experts in the field of skin imaging, based on relevant Chinese and international literature and research findings. The consensus describes the RCM characteristics of common non-melanocytic skin tumors and their correlation with histopathological manifestations, and elucidates commonly used RCM terminologies, aiming to enhance the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of clinicians and promote the standardization of RCM applications in the field of non-melanocytic skin tumors.
