Abstract: 【Abstract】 The incidence of melanocytic skin tumors ranks high among all types of tumors, and early diagnosis and treatment markedly impact their prognosis. Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) has been applied in the diagnosis and treatment of melanocytic skin tumors, but unified guidelines or consensus is still lacking. This consensus was jointly developed by multiple experts from the Combination of Traditional and Western Medicine Dermatology, Chinese Society of Dermatology, and China Dermatologist Association based on experts′ clinical experience, relevant Chinese and international literature and research findings. This consensus elaborates on the RCM characteristics of normal skin, common terminologies, imaging standards, RCM manifestations of common melanocytic skin tumors, and the application of RCM in melanocytic skin tumors, aiming to provide a reference for dermatologists in the diagnostic and treatment practices.
