Abstract:

Pemphigus is a rare autoimmune disease that results in blistering of the skin and oral cavity. Validated outcome measure are essential in monitoring disease severity,specifically in therapy choise. Lack such outcome measure in our published artical in China, as a result, evaluation of disease severity and patients's response to therapy over time is less reliable. Thus, this review focus on the present and advance of outcome measures for pemphigus.
