Abstract: 【Abstract】 Pemphigus is a group of life-threatening chronic autoimmune blistering diseases. It is currently believed that the humoral immunity mediated by anti-desmoglein IgG antibodies is the primary mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of pemphigus. However, recent studies have indicated a critical role of various T cell subsets in the onset of pemphigus.
