Abstract: 【Abstract】 Pemphigus is a group of rare and serious autoimmune bullous diseases. Many patients have doubts and misunderstandings about the nature, treatment and prognosis of the disease, and considerations during the treatment. China Dermatologist Association organized experts in this field to sort out and screen out 15 common questions that pemphigus patients care about based on the current status of pemphigus diagnosis and treatment in China and other countries, and these questions involved the definition and etiology of, related examinations and treatment modalities for, and medication guidance on pemphigus, as well as considerations during daily life. The consensus on health education of patients with pemphigus was written and collectively discussed by experts, aiming to improve the understanding of the disease by dermatologists and clinicians from other relevant departments, provide basic knowledge of the disease for patients and their relatives, and to promote communication between clinicians and patients with pemphigus.
