Abstract: 【Abstract】 Systemic lupus erythematosus is a complex autoimmune disease predominantly affecting young women, and can involve multiple organs and systems. In 2024, significant advancements have been made in the research on systemic lupus erythematosus, particularly in the aspects of pathogenesis and treatment. This review summarizes the major progress achieved in these aspects.
