Abstract: 【Abstract】 Collagen plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of facial skin aging. With the increasing demand for rejuvenation among beauty seekers, medical recombinant humanized collagens have attracted much attention due to their characteristics of high safety and biological activity. To better standardize and guide the application of medical recombinant humanized collagens in facial rejuvenation, the expert panel from the Society of Aesthetic Dermatology of Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics and the Dermatology Committee of Chinese Non-government Medical Institutions Association formulated this expert recommendation after joint discussion. The recommendation includes the definition, classification, mechanisms of action, and clinical application (either alone or in combination with other techniques) of recombinant humanized collagens in facial rejuvenation, as well as the management of related adverse reactions and factors influencing therapeutic efficacy, with the aim of providing guidance for the standardized management of their clinical applications.
