Abstract: 【Abstract】 Psoriasis is an immune-mediated, chronic, inflammatory, and relapsing disease. In addition to conventional treatments and biologic therapies, fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT) can modulate the gut-microbe-skin axis, thereby alleviating psoriatic symptoms. To further standardize the clinical exploration and application of FMT in the treatment of psoriasis, the Chinese Society of Dermatology, China Dermatologist Association and other academic organizations have developed this expert consensus, which addresses 8 key clinical questions of concern to clinicians. Following discussions among an expert group, 8 evidence-based recommendations for the use of FMT in the treatment of psoriasis were formulated, aiming to provide guidance for clarifying and standardizing the specific clinical application of FMT in the treatment of psoriasis.
