Abstract: 【Abstract】 With the accelerating pace of population aging, the clinical management of psoriasis in the elderly is facing new challenges and opportunities. As an immune?mediated chronic inflammatory systemic disease, psoriasis in the elderly is characterized by a prolonged disease course, complex comorbidities, and increased treatment difficulty. To standardize the clinical diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation management of psoriasis in the elderly, the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Dermatology and the Combination of Traditional and Western Medicine Dermatology convened experts in related fields to develop the “expert consensus on the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of psoriasis in the elderly (2026 edition)”, drawing on the latest clinical research evidence and advances in evidence?based medicine. This consensus focuses on providing practical recommendations for key aspects of geriatric psoriasis management, including disease assessment, individualized treatment strategies, coordinated management of comorbidities, medication safety monitoring, and rehabilitation interventions. The aim is to enhance clinicians' capacity for comprehensive management of psoriasis in the elderly, improve clinical outcomes, and ultimately elevate patients' quality of life.
