Abstract: 【Abstract】 The clinical phenotype of atopic dermatitis (AD) varies with age, race, and disease severity, resulting in significant heterogeneity. The qualitative or quantitative analysis of biomarkers can provide valuable information for the screening and diagnosis of AD, as well as the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy. The minimally invasive nature of tape stripping makes skin tissue sampling more acceptable. This review summarizes the application of tape stripping to the detection of AD biomarkers.
