Abstract: 【Abstract】 Tissue-resident memory T cells (TRMs) play a crucial role in controlling atopic dermatitis (AD) relapses, but the exact mechanisms remain unclear. An in-depth study of biological functions of TRMs can potentially lead to precise and individualized treatment and long-term effective control of AD. This review summarizes the biological characteristics of TRMs in skin tissues and their role in controlling the recurrence of AD.
