Abstract: 【Abstract】 Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are aberrantly expressed in keloids, and some lncRNAs can interact with miRNAs and act as competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) to regulate downstream mRNA expression. These RNA molecules are interconnected to form a complex ceRNA regulatory network, playing an important role in the occurrence and development of keloids. This review summarizes the relationship between lncRNAs and their mediated ceRNA regulatory networks and keloids, in order to further explore the pathogenesis of keloids.
