摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】度普利尤单抗治疗特应性皮炎疗效显著，但同时也伴随一种值得关注的不良反应——度普利尤单抗相关头颈部皮炎（DAHND）。本文系统总结了DAHND的发病情况、发病机制及诊疗策略，为临床医生识别和管理度普利尤单抗相关不良反应提供参考。

关键词: 皮炎, 特应性, 面部皮肤病, 抗体, 单克隆, 药物相关性不良反应, 诊断, 治疗

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Dupilumab has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in the treatment of atopic dermatitis; however, it is also associated with a noteworthy adverse reaction—dupilumab?associated head and neck dermatitis （DAHND）. This review systematically summarizes the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for DAHND, with the aim of providing clinicians with a reference for identifying and managing adverse reactions related to dupilumab.
