摘要: 【摘要】 皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cSCC)好发于头面部曝光部位,可发生转移甚至致死,严重威胁患者健康。氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)作为药械联合的局部微创肿瘤物理疗法,在cSCC诊疗中具有较高应用价值和前景。本文系统回顾国内外ALA-PDT治疗cSCC的诊疗现状和机制研究,分析当前技术瓶颈与临床挑战,深入探讨未来优化方向,以期推动该疗法的个体化、精准化、规范化应用。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) predominantly occurs on sun-exposed areas such as the head and face, with the potential for metastasis and even fatality, posing a serious threat to patient health. Aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT), as a locally minimally invasive physical antitumor therapy that combines a photosensitizer with a medical device, holds considerable clinical value and promise in the diagnosis and treatment of cSCC. This article systematically reviews the current status of and mechanistic research on ALA-PDT for cSCC in China and other countries, analyzes current technical bottlenecks and clinical challenges, and explores future optimization strategies, with the aim of promoting the individualized, precise, and standardized application of ALA-PDT for cSCC.
