摘要: 【摘要】 氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣具有治愈率高、复发率低、不良反应少等优点,已成为尖锐湿疣的常规治疗方法。为进一步规范、指导和推动ALA-PDT在尖锐湿疣中的临床应用,本指南从ALA-PDT的作用机制、推荐治疗方案、治疗前后宣教、治疗疗程与随访、不良反应处理、与其他治疗方法的联合应用以及特殊人群的治疗等方面,提出ALA-PDT治疗尖锐湿疣的规范化诊疗建议,尤其纳入了改良无痛PDT方案,供我国皮肤科、妇科、泌尿科及肛肠科从事相关诊疗工作的医师、护士临床实践参考。
