摘要： 【摘要】毛发疾病种类繁多，临床表现多样，而毛发病理检查是精准诊断某些毛发疾病的重要手段，甚至是必须手段，尤其对瘢痕性秃发和疑难病例。中国康复医学会皮肤病康复专业委员会毛发疾病康复学组、北京整合医学学会毛发医学分会、中华医学会皮肤性病学分会毛发学组、国家皮肤与免疫疾病临床医学研究中心组织部分国内毛发疾病临床专家和病理专家制订了《毛发活检病理中国专家共识（2026版）》，系统阐述毛发活检的适应证、技术流程及病理评估标准，提出皮肤镜辅助取材定位和标本处理策略，旨在通过标准化操作流程提升毛发疾病诊断一致性，为精准化临床病理诊疗提供实践指导。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Hair disorders encompass a wide variety of hair conditions with diverse clinical manifestations. Hair pathology serves as a crucial, and in some cases indispensable, method for the precise diagnosis of certain hair disorders, particularly scarring alopecia and complex conditions. The Hair Disease Rehabilitation Group, Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Dermatology, the Hair Medicine Branch, Beijing Association of Holistic Integrative Medicine, the Hair Research Group, Chinese Society of Dermatology, and the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases organized a panel of Chinese clinical and pathological experts in hair disorders to formulate the "Chinese expert consensus on hair biopsy and pathology （2026 edition）". This consensus systematically elaborates on the indications of, technical procedures of, and pathological assessment standards for hair biopsy, and proposes strategies for dermoscopic-assisted sampling localization and specimen processing, aiming to enhance diagnostic consistency in hair diseases through standardized operational procedures and provide practical guidance for precise clinical-pathological diagnosis and treatment.
