摘要: 【摘要】 窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)是皮肤科常用的光疗技术,已成为多种皮肤病的一线或重要辅助治疗方法。本指南依据近年来国内外NB-UVB光疗的最新循证医学证据及临床实践经验,由中国研究型医院学会皮肤科学专业委员会、中国医师协会皮肤科医师分会组织专家共同讨论制订。本指南对NB-UVB(含311 nm及308 nm光源)的光源特征、作用机制、适应证与禁忌证进行了梳理,重点规范了白癜风、银屑病、蕈样肉芽肿、特应性皮炎等常见适应证的个体化治疗方案、联合治疗策略及特殊人群光疗注意事项,并对不良反应处置、家庭光疗管理及设备维护等临床实践中关注的问题进行了说明,以期为NB-UVB在皮肤科的临床应用提供科学和规范的指导。
