摘要： 【摘要】 光生物调节疗法（PBMT）是指利用低功率非电离光源，通过非热效应调节细胞功能并促进组织修复的一种非侵入性治疗技术，在皮肤科临床应用广泛。由中华医学会皮肤性病学分会激光学组制订的2025版光生物调节疗法在皮肤科的临床应用中国专家共识是在既往临床规范基础上的重要更新，系统阐述了PBMT的规范化治疗流程。现对此专家共识要点进行解读，帮助临床医生更好地理解共识并指导临床实践，以提升PBMT治疗的安全性与有效性。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Photobiomodulation therapy （PBMT） is a non-invasive treatment that utilizes low-power, non-ionizing light sources to modulate cellular functions and promote tissue repair via non-thermal effects. It has been widely used in dermatology. The Chinese expert consensus on the clinical application of photobiomodulation therapy in dermatology （2025）, developed by the Laser Medicine Group of the Chinese Society of Dermatology, represents a significant update to previous clinical standards, and systematically outlines standardized PBMT treatment protocols. This article provides an in-depth interpretation of the expert consensus to facilitate a better understanding among clinicians and provide guidance for clinical practice, thereby enhancing the safety and efficacy of PBMT.
