摘要: 【摘要】 儿童肛门生殖器硬化性苔藓是一种发生于生殖器肛门部位的慢性炎症性疾病,病情严重者可造成解剖结构改变,出现排尿及排便困难,严重影响患儿身心健康及生活质量。中国妇幼保健协会儿童变态反应专业委员会儿童皮肤病学组组织我国儿童皮肤科及泌尿外科专家,在综合国内外临床研究的基础上,依据循证医学证据及专家意见,从临床表现、诊断及鉴别诊断、疾病评估、治疗方案选择及随访等方面进行了全面梳理,形成了专家共识,为临床医师诊疗提供指导。
