摘要： 【摘要】 随着人口老龄化进程加速，老年银屑病的临床管理面临新的挑战与机遇。银屑病作为一种由免疫介导的慢性炎症性系统性疾病，在老年群体中呈现出病程迁延、共病复杂、治疗难度大等特征。为规范老年银屑病的临床诊疗与康复管理，中国康复医学会皮肤病康复专业委员会和中国中西医结合学会皮肤性病专业委员会组织相关领域专家，基于最新临床研究证据和循证医学进展，制订了《老年银屑病诊疗与康复专家共识（2026版）》。本共识重点围绕老年银屑病的疾病评估体系、个体化治疗策略、共病协同管理、用药安全监测及康复干预措施等核心环节提供指导建议，旨在提升临床医师对老年银屑病的综合管理水平，改善预后，提高患者生活质量。
