摘要: 【摘要】 慢性手部湿疹临床表现多样、病因复杂,其临床评估颇具挑战。全面评估患者对接触性过敏原和刺激物的定性与定量暴露情况,对于规划皮肤测试策略、确保诊断准确以及制定有效的预防和治疗计划至关重要。目前虽已开发多种评估工具,但大多数评估量表尚未得到科学验证,存在主观偏差、鉴别诊断能力不足等局限性。多组学技术、人工智能的发展为慢性手部湿疹评估提供了新思路。本文综述慢性手部湿疹评估现状及进展,旨在为慢性手部湿疹评估工具的选择及研发提供参考。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Chronic hand eczema (CHE) is characterized by heterogeneous clinical presentations and multifactorial etiology, which poses substantial challenges to its clinical evaluation. Qualitative and quantitative assessment of exposure to contact allergens and irritants is crucial for guiding skin testing strategies, improving diagnostic precision, and developing effective strategies for targeted prevention and treatment. Although multiple assessment tools have been developed, most scales lack rigorous scientific validation and have limitations such as subjective bias and poor performance in differential diagnosis. Advances in multi-omics technologies and artificial intelligence have unlocked novel approaches for the assessment of CHE. This article summarizes current assessment methods and recent advances in CHE, aiming to facilitate the selection and development of assessment tools for CHE.
