Supported by:摘要: 【摘要】 皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cSCC)是第二常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤,其早期诊断、规范治疗和科学预防具有重要临床意义。组织病理学检查目前仍是诊断cSCC的“金标准”。cSCC治疗策略因其分期而异。近年来免疫检查点抑制剂等系统治疗在高危型cSCC中取得了重要进展,但临床应用共识尚未形成。为整合最新循证证据,优化cSCC诊疗实践,本指南在《皮肤鳞状细胞癌诊疗专家共识(2021)》基础上,结合国内外最新临床研究进展及相关共识/指南,采用德尔菲法形成专家推荐意见。本次更新的主要内容:规范组织病理学检查流程,明确前哨淋巴结活检与淋巴结清扫术的适应证,以及免疫治疗、靶向治疗及新辅助治疗在cSCC中应用的最新临床数据与应用建议。本指南旨在为cSCC的规范化诊断与治疗提供基于循证医学的临床指导,提升我国cSCC的整体诊疗水平,改善患者预后。
