摘要: 【摘要】 动物模型是银屑病研究的重要工具,其中诱发性银屑病样动物模型被广泛使用,诱发方式包括局部外用、注射和口服,如局部外用咪喹莫特、腹腔注射甘露聚糖、口服普萘洛尔等诱发的银屑病样动物模型。这些模型与人类银屑病皮损高度相似,在可重复性、稳定性和实用性等方面都有显著优势,已成为研究银屑病发病机制、探索治疗靶点和评价疗效的重要工具。本文综述目前诱发性银屑病样动物模型的研究进展,并分析存在的问题。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Animal models are crucial tools in psoriasis research, with induced psoriasis-like models being widely employed. Induction methods include topical application, injection, and oral administration, such as psoriasis like animal models induced by the topical application of imiquimod, intraperitoneal injection of mannan, and oral administration of propranolol. These models exhibit high similarity to human psoriatic lesions and offer significant advantages in reproducibility, stability, and practicality. They have become essential tools for investigating psoriasis pathogenesis, exploring therapeutic targets, and evaluating treatment efficacy. This review summarizes current research progress on induced psoriasis?like animal models and analyzes existing challenges.
