摘要: 【摘要】 近年来研究显示,定植于人类皮肤、黏膜、肠道中的菌群失调会促进多种自身免疫性疾病的发生发展,而在自身免疫性水疱病患者的肠道、皮肤和口腔菌群中也存在着一定的菌群失调现象。本文拟就多种自身免疫性水疱病患者菌群失调情况及其可能作用机制做一综述。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 In recent years, many studies have shown that dysbiosis of the skin, mucosal and gut microbiota may contribute to the development and progression of various autoimmune diseases. Similarly, alterations in the gut, skin, and oral microbiota have been observed in patients with autoimmune bullous diseases. This review summarizes the current evidence on microbiota dysbiosis in various autoimmune bullous diseases and discusses its possible pathogenic mechanisms.
