Abstract: 【Abstract】 Vitiligo is a common depigmented skin disease, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients. According to clinical experience of experts as well as research progress in vitiligo in the past 3 years, the Pigmentary Disorder Group, Combination of Traditional and Western Medicine Dermatology revised the statement "Diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo: an expert consensus statement (2018)" in terms of maintenance treatment of vitiligo and application of glucocorticoids, discussed the prospect for Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors, and finally established this consensus.
