Abstract: 【Abstract】 Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory arthropathy involving the muscles, bones, skin, and nails. PsA can lead to joint and periarticular soft tissue swelling, pain, and stiffness, and in advanced stages may result in joint ankylosis, deformity, and even disability. Early initiation of standardized treatment within 2 years of disease onset can significantly reduce joint damage in patients with PsA. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for improving prognosis. Based on current domestic and international research, this article reviews recent advances in the early diagnosis and treatment of PsA.
