Abstract: 【Abstract】 Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease primarily affecting young women and can involve multiple organs and systems. In 2025, significant advancements have been made in SLE research, particularly in its pathogenesis, diagnosis and assessment, and treatment. This article reviews the key representative findings.
