Abstract: 【Abstract】 Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) is an emerging technology for studying gene sequences, cell heterogeneity, and cell-cell interactions at the single-cell level, and cell annotation is a key step in this technique. In recent years, scRNA-seq has been increasingly applied to the study of skin diseases. This review summarizes the role of scRNA-seq in identifying marker genes for cell populations and subsets in skin tissue.
