Abstract: In 2013, Konstantinou et al have proposed the autoimmune pathogenesis of chronic spontaneous urticaria. In recent years, progresses on genetics, epigenetics and immunology have provided supporting evidences for the autoimmune pathogenesis of chronic spontaneous urticaria.
