摘要: 【摘要】 银屑病是一种以T淋巴细胞异常活化和角质形成细胞过度增生为特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病,而持续的炎症反应是银屑病的核心病理过程。特异性促炎症消退介质可通过多种机制抑制炎症反应,并能够主动促进炎症的消退,其对炎症的双重调控作用在银屑病发病机制研究中也受到了关注。本文旨在综述特异性促炎症消退介质的最新研究进展,探讨其在银屑病中的具体作用及潜在的临床应用价值。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder characterized by aberrant activation of T lymphocytes and excessive proliferation of keratinocytes, with persistent inflammation being the central pathological feature. Specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) exert anti-inflammatory effects through various mechanisms, actively facilitating the resolution of inflammation. The dual regulatory role in inflammation has garnered attention in the study of psoriasis pathogenesis. This review aims to consolidate recent advancements in SPMs, explore their specific roles in psoriasis pathogenesis, and evaluate their potential clinical application.
