摘要: 【摘要】 核因子κB是一种蛋白转录因子,介导炎症等复杂的生物学过程,是多种免疫和炎症通路以及细胞增殖、分化和凋亡的关键调节因子。银屑病是一种炎症性皮肤病,其特征之一是磷酸化核因子κB水平升高导致角质形成细胞抗凋亡能力增强,并加重炎症反应。本文概述核因子κB信号通路及其在银屑病中的研究进展。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Nuclear factor (NF)?κB, a kind of protein transcription factor, mediates inflammation and other complex biological processes, and is a key regulator of many immune and inflammatory pathways, cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disease characterized by increased levels of phosphorylated NF?κB, which leads to an increase in anti?apoptotic activity of keratinocytes and aggravation of inflammatory reactions. This review summarizes advances in NF?κB signaling pathway and its role in psoriasis.
