摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】窄谱中波紫外线（NB?UVB）家庭光疗近年来发展迅速，在治疗银屑病、白癜风等疾病方面具有确切的疗效和较高的安全性，而且比医院内光疗更加经济、方便，是一种良好的治疗选择。本共识以近年来国内外相关的临床研究及相关指南为依据，对NB?UVB家庭光疗的临床规范应用提出具体建议，供临床医生在指导患者正确选择和使用NB?UVB家庭光疗的临床实践中参考。

关键词: 紫外线疗法；白癜风；银屑病；皮炎, 特应性；指南；家庭光疗；窄谱中波紫外线

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Home narrow band ultraviolet B （NB?UVB） phototherapy has been rapidly developed in recent years, and is definitely effective and highly safe for the treatment of psoriasis and vitiligo. It is more economical and convenient than hospital phototherapy, and is considered as a favorable therapy. According to recent clinical researches and guidelines in China and other countries, this consensus aims at providing specific suggestions on the standardized use of home NB?UVB phototherapy in clinic, and assisting clinical doctors to instruct patients to correctly choose and use home NB?UVB phototherapy.
