摘要： 【摘要】嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征是一组异质性疾病，2012年，由多学科专家组成的嗜酸性粒细胞疾病国际合作工作组更新了嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征的诊断标准并被广泛接受，近10年来，基于该领域新的疾病发病机制及生物标志物和靶标的发现，对于该病的诊断和分类提出了一些更新。本文综述嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征最新的诊断标准、分类和治疗进展，以期规范嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征患者的诊疗和管理，为临床医生准确及时地选择有效的治疗措施提供帮助。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) represents a heterogeneous group of disorders. In 2012, the International Cooperative Working Group on Eosinophil Disorders, composed of multidisciplinary experts, updated the diagnostic criteria for HES, which have since been widely accepted. Over the past decade, based on new discoveries about disease pathogenesis, biomarkers, and therapeutic targets, further updates to the diagnosis and classification of HES have been proposed. This review summarizes the latest advances in the diagnostic criteria, classification, and treatment of HES, with the aim of standardizing the diagnosis, treatment, and management of HES and assisting clinicians in selecting effective therapeutic strategies in an accurate and timely manner.
