Abstract: 【Abstract】 Rosacea is a common chronic inflammatory skin disorder, and recent studies have shown a close association between rosacea and metabolic diseases. Patients with rosacea often have concomitant conditions such as obesity, dyslipidemia, insulin resistance, and other components of metabolic syndrome, and are also at an increased risk of thyroid dysfunction, hyperuricemia, and other metabolic disorders. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between rosacea and metabolic syndrome, endocrine-related metabolic diseases, and metabolomics.
