Abstract: 【Abstract】 Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) is an emerging technology to study gene sequences, cell heterogeneity and cell-cell interaction at the single-cell level, and cell annotation is a key step. At present, the application of scRNA-seq technology in dermatological diseases is gradually increasing. This review summarizes the function of scRNA-seq technology in the detection of marker genes of cell groups and subsets in skin tissues.
