Abstract: 【Abstract】 Dupilumab has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in the treatment of atopic dermatitis; however, it is also associated with a noteworthy adverse reaction—dupilumab?associated head and neck dermatitis (DAHND). This review systematically summarizes the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for DAHND, with the aim of providing clinicians with a reference for identifying and managing adverse reactions related to dupilumab.
