Abstract: 【Abstract】 Chronic autoimmune skin diseases are a large group of skin diseases in which the inflammatory response is caused by the body′s immune response to self-antigenic substances. Autoreactive memory T cells can recognize specific autoantigens, and are able to chronically stimulate immune responses, thereby maintaining chronic inflammation of the skin and causing relapse. Targeted therapies hold promise as an effective means of controlling the relapse of chronic autoimmune skin diseases. This review summarizes research advances in the role of memory T cells in chronic autoimmune skin diseases.
