Three-dimensional culture techniques of mesenchymal stem cells and their application in the treatment of skin diseases

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have regenerative repair and immunoregulatory capabilities. Three-dimensional culture techniques provide a more human-friendly environment for cell living, can effectively promote cell proliferation, differentiation and paracrine capabilities, and improve various biological characteristics of MSCs. This review summarizes three-dimensional culture techniques of MSCs and their application in skin diseases, and provides a reference for the selection of three-dimensional culture methods for MSCs and their clinical application in skin diseases.
