Abstract: 【Abstract】 Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmented skin disorder with complex etiology, diverse clinical manifestations, variable disease courses, and heterogeneous treatment responses, posing significant therapeutic challenges. In recent years, laser therapy has emerged as an important modality in the management of vitiligo. This article provides a systematic review of the latest advances in laser therapy for vitiligo, with a focus on the mechanisms of action of, clinical applications of, and combination therapy strategies for different laser types. Furthermore, the article analyzes safety concerns associated with laser interventions, and discusses emerging trends towards personalized therapeutic approaches, with the aim of providing scientific guidance for clinical practice and future research directions, promoting advancements in laser therapy for vitiligo, and facilitating the development of more effective treatment options for patients.
