摘要: 【摘要】 缺氧诱导因子1α作为一种高度保守的转录因子,在响应氧水平变化、细胞代谢、调节细胞因子及细胞免疫功能中发挥重要作用。越来越多研究表明,缺氧诱导因子1α在银屑病、特应性皮炎、系统性红斑狼疮、斑秃、白癜风、系统性硬化症等自身免疫性皮肤病中发挥重要作用。本文综述缺氧诱导因子1α在自身免疫性皮肤病中的研究进展,展望其在皮肤科领域的研究与应用。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α), a highly conserved transcription factor, plays an important role in responding to changes in oxygen levels, cellular metabolism, and the regulation of cytokines and immune cell functions. Increasing evidence has demonstrated that HIF-1α plays a critical role in autoimmune skin diseases, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, alopecia areata, vitiligo, and systemic sclerosis. This article reviews the research progress on HIF-1α in autoimmune skin diseases and discusses its future research prospects and potential applications in dermatology.
