摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】朗格汉斯细胞（LC）是表皮中重要的抗原呈递细胞，分为稳态、激活态和LC样细胞。特应性皮炎（AD）是一种慢性复发性炎症性疾病。最新的研究显示，LC在AD的不同年龄分期、瘙痒、皮损愈合等方面也发挥着重要作用。另外，在AD不同微环境下，不同亚群的LC和LC样细胞通过激活或抑制不同的分子开关和炎症通路发挥促进或抑制AD炎症的作用。

关键词: 朗格尔汉斯细胞, 皮炎, 特应性, 瘙痒症, 年龄因素, 伤口愈合

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Langerhans cells（LCs） are a kind of important antigen-presenting cells in the epidermis, and are usually divided into 3 subsets: steady-state, activated, and LC-like cells. Atopic dermatitis（AD） is a chronic recurrent inflammatory disease. The latest studies have shown that LCs play important roles in different age stages, pruritus, skin lesion healing, and other aspects in AD. In addition, in different microenvironments of AD, different subpopulations of LCs and LC-like cells play contradictory roles in promoting or inhibiting the inflammation in AD by activating or inhibiting different molecular switches and inflammatory pathways.
