生物反馈放松训练改善银屑病患者自主神经功能的研究

Study on Biofeedback Relax Training for Improving Autonomic Nervous Functions in Patients with Psoriasis

摘要: 目的 为研究生物反馈放松训练(以下简称生物反馈)治疗银屑病的机理是否与改善自主神经功能状态有关.方法 运用“新兴”Holter”记录盒及相应的回放装置和“新兴”心率变异性(HRV)分析软件,对41例银屑病患者和30例正常人进行规范化负荷的HRV检查.结果 银屑病患者组在生物反馈前、中、后,HRV的rMSASD、TRR、ΔTRR3项参数均值均明显低于正常人对照组,差异均有高度显着性;银屑病患者组和正常人对照组在生物反馈时及生物反馈后其rMSASD和TRR均值均明显高于生物反馈前,患者组改善的程度比正常人对照组更明显;经过2个月以上生物反馈治疗获临床治愈的银屑病患者,3项参数各自进行同体比较t检验,t值分别为4.87、4.74、7.185,P值均<0.01.结论生物反馈能全面改善自主神经功能,对银屑病的疗效可能与改善自主神经功能状态有关.

Abstract: Objective To study whether the mechanism of treatment for patients with psoriasis by biofeedback relax training is related to the improvement of autonomic nervous functions. Methods Fourty one patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 30 healthy volunteers without organic diseases and obvious psychological load were selected for the examination under standardized load, using“Xin Xing”Holter recorder box and HRV analytical software. Results During the biofeedback process, the values of rMSASD, TRR and ΔTRR of both psoriatic group and healthy control group were significantly higher than those before biofeedback relax training (P<0.01). The average values of rMSASD,TRR,and ΔTRR significantly increased after biofeedback relax training in comparison with those before training,the difference was more significant (P<0.01) in psoriatic group. For psoriatic patients who were clinically recovered after biofeedback relax treatment for more than two months, it was shown that the parameters of rMSASD, TRR and ΔTRR also significantly improved in comparison with those before treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion The biofeedback relax training could not only enhance the parasympathetic nervous tension but also enhance sympathetic nerve excitability, and could improve general health condition to achieve the goal of treatment by way of regulating autonomic nervous functions.
