摘要: 【摘要】 化学剥脱术是常用的三大皮肤重建术之一。α羟基酸、水杨酸、三氯醋酸和Jessner溶液是常用的化学剥脱剂,作用层次可从角质层达真皮网状层。化学剥脱术在皮肤科应用广泛,本文主要综述常用化学剥脱剂及化学剥脱术在痤疮、黄褐斑等损容性皮肤病及面部年轻化中的应用。
