摘要： 【摘要】 氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）是一种安全、有效的痤疮物理治疗方法，已广泛应用于临床。为进一步规范ALA-PDT在痤疮治疗中的临床应用，本共识在2011版《5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗寻常痤疮的共识》基础上，围绕其作用机制、患者选择、治疗参数、操作流程以及治疗反应的处理等多方面进行规范，从临床角度提供ALA-PDT治疗痤疮的操作管理及参数建议。
