摘要: 【摘要】 痤疮的发病机制尚不完全明确。目前已肯定了转录因子和受体在痤疮发生发展中的作用,其中Toll样受体、胰岛素样生长因子、雄激素受体是痤疮的危险因素,而维生素D、维A酸受体、表皮生长因子、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体是保护因素,这些因子有望成为痤疮预防和治疗的靶点。本文综述近年来痤疮相关的转录因子及其受体的研究进展,为痤疮的靶向治疗提供新方向。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of acne is still unclear. At present, studies have confirmed roles of transcription factors and receptors in the occurrence and development of acne. Toll-like receptors, insulin-like growth factors, androgen receptors are risk factors for acne, while vitamin D receptors, retinoic acid receptors, epidermal growth factors, peroxisome proliferator-activator receptors are protective factors for acne, all of which are expected to be targets for prevention and treatment of acne. This review focuses on recent research progress in acne-related transcription factors and their receptors, in order to provide new directions for targeted therapy of acne.
