摘要： 【摘要】 带状疱疹是因水痘-带状疱疹病毒再激活所致的病毒感染性皮肤病，主要临床表现为皮肤损害及神经病理性疼痛。中西医在带状疱疹诊疗方面各有特点，中国中西医结合学会皮肤性病专业委员会组织相关专家基于现有循证证据，充分考量中西医结合诊疗优势，权衡各种干预措施的获益和风险，形成带状疱疹中西医结合诊疗若干条推荐意见，旨在为临床医师诊疗决策提供科学、可靠的参考依据。
