摘要: 【摘要】 银屑病是一种慢性炎症性疾病,发病机制复杂,涉及遗传、免疫和环境等多种因素。银屑病患者常伴发一些脂代谢相关疾病,这种相关性基于共同的危险因素和病理生理机制。本文总结近年来报道较多的脂代谢相关酶类、受体、脂肪因子(如前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9、血清磷脂酶A2、分拣蛋白1、低密度脂蛋白相关受体5和6、视黄醇结合蛋白4和脂质运载蛋白2等)参与银屑病发病的相关过程,以期能对探究银屑病的病因和发病机制有所启示。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease with complex pathogenesis involving genetic, immune and environmental factors. Patients with psoriasis often have comorbidities related to lipid metabolism, and this correlation is based on common risk factors and pathophysiological mechanisms. This review summarizes lipid metabolism-related enzymes, receptors, and adipokines (such as proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9, secretory phospholipase A2, sortilin 1, low-density lipoprotein-related receptors 5 and 6, retinol-binding protein 4, and lipocalin-2), which have been reported to be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis in recent years, aiming to provide insights into the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis.
