摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】模式性分布的纤维性秃发是一种兼具毛发扁平苔藓与雄激素性秃发临床和组织病理特征的原发性淋巴细胞瘢痕性秃发，临床上易漏诊、误诊。目前，仍缺乏对本病充分的认识和标准化的诊疗方案。本文从临床表现、诊断、治疗等方面系统总结了相关研究进展，以提高临床诊疗水平。

关键词: 秃发, 扁平苔藓, 模式性分布的纤维性秃发, 原发性瘢痕性秃发, 雄激素性秃发

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Fibrosing alopecia in a pattern distribution （FAPD） is a newly recognized entity of primary lymphocytic cicatricial alopecia with clinical and histopathological characteristics of both androgenetic alopecia and lichen planopilaris. Currently, there is still a lack of full understanding of and standardized treatment protocols for FAPD, which is prone to be clinically underdiagnosed and misdiagnosed. This review systematically summarizes the research progress in FAPD in terms of clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment, in order to facilitate its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
